Which consoles do your parts fit?

Our replacement parts are designed for a range of classic Nintendo handhelds, including the Game Boy DMG (original), Game Boy Pocket (MGB), Game Boy Color (GBC), Game Boy Advance (GBA), and Game Boy Advance SP (AGS). Each product listing clearly states which console model(s) it is compatible with — always check the compatibility notes before ordering.

Are your parts genuine or aftermarket?

We sell high-quality aftermarket replacement parts. These are not original Nintendo components, but they are carefully selected to meet a high standard of fit and performance. Where relevant, product listings will note the quality grade or any specific characteristics to be aware of.

Will a replacement screen work with my existing shell?

Replacement screens are designed to fit the original shell dimensions for each console model. If you are using a third-party or modified shell, fitment may vary. We recommend checking the product dimensions listed on each product page.


Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and other payment methods available at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We cannot guarantee amendments once an order has been dispatched.


Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship to UK addresses only. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future — keep an eye on our store for updates.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 0–1 business days. Once dispatched, UK delivery takes 1–4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, tracking details will be included in your dispatch confirmation email where available.


Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can arrange the return for you.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, please get in touch with us within 30 days and we will make it right — whether that is a replacement or a full refund.

Who pays for return postage?

If the item is faulty or we made an error, we will cover return postage costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.


Repair Services

Do you offer a Pokémon cartridge battery replacement service?

Yes! We offer a send-in battery replacement service for Pokémon Game Boy cartridges. This is ideal if your save data is no longer being retained. Simply send your cartridge to us and we will replace the internal battery and return it to you ready to play.

How does the send-in repair service work?

  1. Purchase the repair service from our store.
  2. Send your cartridge to us using a tracked postal service — we recommend keeping proof of postage.
  3. We will carry out the repair and return your cartridge, typically within a few business days of receiving it.
  4. You will be notified once your cartridge has been dispatched back to you.

Is my cartridge safe with you?

We treat every cartridge with care. However, we recommend backing up your save data before sending if possible, and always using a tracked service when posting to us.
